Water Jet Cutter Splash Guard Mold

This is a mold for making replacement silicone splash guard.
Project Details
Print these two parts out of PETG.
You will need:
- 4 bolts and matching nuts. Sized: 5/16th inch.
- 1/8 or less inch thick sheet of rubber.
- Mold release spray.
- Chemically-curable silicon for the mold. (11.6 mL per guard.)
- Print the parts out.
- Cut the rubber. (Using the rubber template.)
- Spray the plastic parts with the mold release.
- Sandwich the parts together and secure them with the bolts.
- Pour the silicon and let it cure.
