My replacement is a little wider, thicker, and is identical on both sides.
Project Details
Couple of notes:
- Make sure the sandwich plate is oriented correctly.
- If flipped the wrong way the walls will be too thin.
- Make sure you use heat resistant silicon.
- Make sure that you use aluminum so the plates seal correctly.
- The sandwich plate can be steel.
Supplies:
- 10 Sets of 10mm Nuts and Bolts
- Hydraulic Syringe
- Heat Resistant Silicon
- 2 Pieces of Aluminum Stock
- at least 51mm x 140mm x 4mm
- 1 Piece of Aluminum or Steel Stock
- 51mm x 140mm x 0.8 mm
