Sandwiches the following:
Multijet-printed Holder
Square Coverslip (18 x 18 x 2 mm)
.08 mm thin strip of foil (40 gauge) with fly embryos also on this layer
Larger Coverslip (50 x 24 x 2 mm)
Waterjet-cut Aluminum plate (54 x 32 x 1 mm)
The 3D-printed part holds a ANSI 1/4" - 28 UNF screw which connects to a pipe for pumping gas in and out
The entire enclosure must be as airtight as possible - in the current design, this is expected to be accomplished by screwing the 3D-printed part to the aluminum plate.
